According to this week’s #WorkTrends guest, Melissa Lamson, “Cultural transformation means changing the foundation of a company. This isn’t easy once the house is built.” This doesn’t mean it can’t be done, but it does mean that it will take a concerted effort by all people involved.

For organizations to grow and advance, the people inside the company need to have a “meeting of the minds” and work in a more collaborative and inclusive fashion. Everyone should have an equal voice and for those who don’t, there needs to be advocates to provide support and guidance.

On Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 1 pm EST, #WorkTrends host Meghan M. Biro and her special guest Melissa Lamson, will be discussing the current state of the workplace and why a transformation is needed now, more than ever in the #MeToo Era.
