"Melissa supported my highly visible company initiative - a new, innovative program for accelerating women into leadership positions at SAP - called Power2XLead. She kicked off the first event with a workshop on networking, self-promotion and leadership skills. It was a huge success! All 34 women were very pleased with the session and took away strategies they can implement right away. I invited several executives incl. Stefan Ries, our board member for HR, to an evening event in support of our efforts, all received very positive feedback about the program, ensuring future investment. I would highly recommend Melissa to support your company's efforts in creating more gender balanced leadership. "
